Kimberly Hall, a 31-year-old African American woman from Cleveland, Ohio, was found dead on June 11, 2015. Her body was discovered on East 83rd Street between Higbee and Gill Avenues on the city�s east side. Authorities later determined that she had been strangled the previous day, June 10.
