Ramiro Ramirez, a 44-year-old man, was dropped off at Baptist Neighborhood Hospital in San Antonio, Texas, on April 24, 2025, with a gunshot wound to the head. Authorities were dispatched to the hospital just before 3 p.m. on Thursday, but they were unable to speak to the individual who left Ramirez at the facility. The Bexar County Medical Examiner�s Office later confirmed his identity.
