Leobardo Diaz, a 28-year-old man from Waukegan, Illinois, was found fatally shot inside a vehicle on the evening of January 26, 2025. Authorities responded to the 1900 block of West Greenwood Avenue following reports of a shooting. Upon arrival, officers discovered Diaz suffering from a gunshot wound.
