Derrell �YoungginFromDaJetz� Givens, a 28-year-old African American male, was fatally shot in the early hours of May 10, 2025, in Chicago�s Edgewater neighborhood. The incident occurred around 1:20 a.m. outside Porkchop, a late-night bar and restaurant located at 6331 North Broadway. Givens sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to St. Francis Hospital in Evanston, where he was pronounced dead at 2:34 a.m.
