Luis Javier Hern�ndez Ju�rez, a 46-year-old male, was tragically killed on October 4, 2015, in Hidalgo, Texas. Hern�ndez Ju�rez, who was of Hispanic ethnicity, was a former mayor of Villagr�n, Tamaulipas, serving from 2011 to 2013.
