Robert Cisneros, a 21-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity, tragically lost his life on May 17, 2016, in Abilene, Texas. The incident occurred at the Abilene North Apartments in the 3400 block of Vogel Avenue. Cisneros was fatally shot in the chest during a fight that broke out among a group of people at the apartment complex. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
