On December 9, 2016, 19-year-old Kelcii Flintroy, an African-American female from Channelview, Texas, was tragically found shot to death along with three others in a burning car on Market Street. The victims, identified as Christopher Chaney , Nicholette Briscoe , Willie Norman , and Kelcii Flintroy , were discovered with gunshot wounds to the head. The Harris County Sheriff�s Office determined that the fire was an attempt to cover up the crime, and the case remains unsolved.
