Jose Maga�a, a 75-year-old Hispanic male from Weslaco, Texas, tragically passed away on August 19, 2021. He was shot while sleeping in his bed, and despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries. The incident occurred around 1:56 a.m., when Maga�a was awakened by a sharp pain and discovered he was bleeding.
