On a late summer evening in Clairton, Pennsylvania, the life of a young man was tragically cut short. Chazz Bush, a 21-year-old African American male, was on the back deck of his Third Street home on August 19, 2016, when he was fatally shot in the back. In the moments that followed, despite being grievously wounded, Bush managed to stumble back into the house, declaring that he had been hit.
