In the early morning hours of July 30, 2017, the life of James Wesley Bair, a 45-year-old Black/African American male from Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, was tragically cut short. He was discovered on a city street in the first block of North 18th Street, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds.
