On a Monday morning in Philadelphia, the life of 25-year-old Tyron Williams was tragically cut short. On October 23, 2017, at approximately 11:15 a.m., police responded to the 2700 block of North 15th Street where they found Williams suffering from a gunshot wound. Paramedics were on the scene attending to him, but his injuries were too severe, and he did not survive. Williams, a Black male, was a resident of North 23rd Street in Philadelphia.
