Tierees Owens, a 33-year-old man from Plymouth, PA, was fatally shot on September 27, 2018, outside Robby Nick�s Sports Bar on East Main Street. Owens was shot multiple times during an altercation and was later pronounced dead at Wilkes-Barre General Hospital. The Luzerne County Coroner�s Office ruled his death a homicide.
