In the fall of 2018, the life of 30-year-old Felix Carrasquillo was tragically cut short in a burst of gunfire in Reading, Pennsylvania. On the evening of Friday, October 19th, Carrasquillo, a male resident of the city, was on North Ninth Street when he was fatally shot. The incident left the community shaken and his family and friends mourning the sudden and violent loss of a man described as a happy, amazing, loving, and caring individual.
