On a late Saturday afternoon in Philadelphia, the life of Leslie Carroll Sr., a 46-year-old man, was brought to a violent and abrupt end. It was May 4, 2019, when police responded to a call at 4:55 p.m. on the 2000 block of West Girard Avenue. There, they discovered Carroll inside a car, suffering from multiple gunshot wounds to his upper torso.
