On February 21, 2021, 14-year-old Barry Mills Jr., a young boy from Chester Township, PA, tragically lost his life due to a gunshot wound to the head. The incident occurred in the 1900 block of Tolston Street, where Barry was found and later transported to Children�s Hospital of Philadelphia, where he succumbed to his injuries. The Philadelphia Medical Examiner�s Office ruled his death a homicide.
