In the early morning hours of Saturday, June 5, 2021, Christine L. Lugo, a 40-year-old Hispanic female, was preparing to open the Dunkin' donut shop she managed on Lehigh Avenue in North Philadelphia. Tragically, it was a morning she would not survive.
