On a Monday afternoon in Philadelphia, the life of 25-year-old Reginald Karl Barnes-Walton, a Black male, was tragically cut short. On October 4, 2021, at approximately 1:55 p.m., police responded to reports of a shooting on the 100 block of South 45th Street.
