Kelvin Perez Montolvo, a 23-year-old male of Hispanic ethnicity from Hazle Township, tragically lost his life on December 12, 2021, in Allentown, Pennsylvania. He was pronounced dead at St. Luke�s Hospital Sacred Heart Campus at 5:25 p.m. that evening. The cause of death was determined to be a gunshot wound, and the incident was ruled a homicide by the Lehigh County Coroner�s office.
