Brandy Joseph, a 37-year-old woman from Warren, Ohio, tragically died on August 3, 2017. She was one of three people who lost their lives in a car crash that resulted in a shooting incident. According to the Trumbull County Coroner�s Office, Brandy Joseph died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
