Mourice Foster, a 32-year-old African American man from Cleveland, OH, was fatally shot on August 28, 2017. Foster, who worked as a Lyft driver, was shot four times while dropping off a 31-year-old female passenger on Cleveland's east side. The woman was shot once in the arm but survived the attack. Foster was pronounced dead at the scene.
