Rickey Recardo Heckstall, a 35-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 26, 2017, in Bolton, North Carolina. The incident occurred early Sunday morning on Lizzie�s Drive in the Bolton community. According to the sheriff�s office, a 911 call was received shortly before 5 a.m. reporting a man suffering from a gunshot wound.
