Quindovius Tramell Key, 18, a Black male, was killed in Shreveport, Louisiana, on March 13, 2021, in a burst of late-afternoon violence that unfolded on Clanton Street in the city�s Caddo Heights neighborhood. Just after 5:00 p.m., police were called to the 1400 block of Clanton Street, where the scene they arrived to suggested the confrontation had moved fast and ended faster�an exchange of gunfire that left two men mortally wounded.
