Trevor Evans, a 19-year-old male, was fatally shot on the West Side of Chicago on February 2, 2018. The incident occurred around 3:55 p.m. in the 400 block of South Pulaski. According to the Chicago Police and the Cook County Medical Examiner�s Office, Evans was shot multiple times and was transported to Mount Sinai Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries at 5:21 a.m. the following day.
