Steven Wilborn, a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on March 14, 2019, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 12:20 p.m. in the 900 block of West 73rd Street. Officers responding to reports of a person down found Wilborn with a gunshot wound to his head.
