Kierra Jones, a 23-year-old African American woman, was tragically shot to death on June 13, 2019, in Harvey, Illinois. The incident occurred during a funeral repast at a motorcycle club near 153rd and Center Avenue. According to the Cook County medical examiner�s office, Jones was shot in the back and was pronounced dead at Ingalls Memorial Hospital in Harvey at 10:19 p.m. An autopsy confirmed that she died from the gunshot wound, and her death was ruled a homicide.
