Antwone L. Brown, a 48-year-old African American male from Katy, Texas, was tragically shot and killed on July 16, 2021, in Madison, Illinois. The incident occurred around 11:51 PM in the 500 block of Washington Avenue, following multiple 911 calls reporting a shooting. Upon arrival, officers found Antwone L. Brown with gunshot wounds.
