Terrell Pittman, a 36-year-old African American man, was fatally shot on May 31, 2022, in the Englewood neighborhood of Chicago, Illinois. The incident occurred around 1:10 p.m. in the front yard of a home located in the 6000 block of South Racine Avenue. According to the Chicago police and the Cook County medical examiner�s office, Terrell Pittman was shot in the head.
