In the fall of 1996, on October 16th, the prominent life of Superior Court Judge Josephine Holmes Cook, a 49-year-old female, came to a tragic and violent end in her South Fulton, Georgia home. She was discovered in a pool of blood, having bled to death from a single gunshot wound to her right shoulder.
