In the early morning hours of March 15, 2014, a tragic event unfolded outside the Blue Swan nightclub in Nashville, Georgia, that would cut short the life of 23-year-old Cornelius Rashawn Miller. Witnesses at the scene reported that a Black male had left the nightclub and shot Miller before fleeing on foot.
