In the early morning hours of November 27, 2015, tragedy struck at a gas station on Wheaton Street in Savannah, Georgia, ending the life of 29-year-old Mario Williams. The male victim was discovered in the parking lot of the business, having sustained a fatal gunshot wound. Savannah-Chatham Metropolitan Police officers responded to the scene at approximately 4:02 a.m. and promptly established a crime scene to commence their investigation.
