In the summer of 2016, a promising life was tragically cut short on the sidewalks of LaGrange, Georgia. Quentin D. Williams, a 25-year-old African American man, was found on the evening of July 24th with multiple gunshot wounds. Emergency services rushed him to Well Star Medical Center, but his injuries proved to be fatal, and he was pronounced dead.
