In what was described as a domestic dispute turned deadly, 30-year-old Claudette Noremia Duclos, a female, lost her life on a Thursday night in Forest Park, Georgia. The events unfolded just before 11:00 p.m. on September 22, 2016, when police responded to a 911 call from a home in the 500 block of North Street.
