In the late spring of 2019, a Norcross, Georgia community was shaken by a violent crime that left a man dead in the front yard of a residence. On May 24th, police responded to a call at a home on Silver Lake Drive where they discovered the body of 38-year-old Israel Martinez-Hernandez. He had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
