In the late hours of a Friday night in Macon, Georgia, the life of 21-year-old Quintavius Threatt Rainey was tragically cut short. On September 20, 2019, deputies from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to Robinson Drive just before 11 p.m. following reports of a shooting.
