In the early morning hours of a Saturday in Macon, Georgia, the life of 20-year-old Octavius Savon Nixon was tragically cut short. On May 9, 2020, deputies from the Bibb County Sheriff's Office responded to a call of a person shot at the Pendleton Homes Apartments on Houston Avenue.
