In the early morning hours of June 8, 2020, the life of 29-year-old Dominique Lamar Phillips, a male resident of Macon, Georgia, was tragically cut short. The Bibb County Sheriff's Office responded to reports of several gunshots in the Fort Hill neighborhood of east Macon at approximately 1 a.m. However, at that time, they were unable to locate the source of the gunfire.
