In the early hours of an autumn morning in Covington, Georgia, the life of 19-year-old Quindadarius Ronshay Russell was tragically cut short. On October 19, 2020, deputies from the Newton County Sheriff's Office were dispatched to a residence off Spring Road following a report of an unresponsive person. Upon their arrival at approximately 1:20 a.m., they discovered Russell with a fatal gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
