Wayne James Jr., a 32-year-old Black male, was shot to death in the early morning hours of November 1, 2020, inside Rumors Night Club on Jonesboro Road in Forest Park, Georgia. Police said officers were called to the club just before 2 a.m. and found him suffering from a gunshot wound to the chest after what witnesses described as some kind of altercation inside the business.
