In the late evening hours of September 13, 2021, the Frazier Homes neighborhood in Savannah, Georgia, was shattered by violence. Just before 10 p.m., police officers were dispatched to the 500 block of Emerald Drive where they discovered a young male suffering from gunshot wounds. The victim was 14-year-old Qahmaine Orr. He was quickly transported to a nearby hospital, but tragically succumbed to his injuries.
