In the early morning hours of October 16, 2021, a grim discovery was made in the parking lot of a Cricket Wireless store on High Street in Dublin, Georgia. A man, later identified as 46-year-old Otis Tobias Jackson, was found lying on his back, the victim of a single gunshot wound to his upper chest.
