In the summer of 2022, a verbal altercation on a Savannah street tragically escalated, leading to the death of 33-year-old Dominique Marquel Richardson. On the afternoon of July 21st, police responded to a shooting on Robinson Circle where they found Richardson and another man, Isiah Foust, injured. Both men were transported to a local hospital, where Richardson ultimately succumbed to his injuries. Foust, who was 20 at the time, was treated for non-life-threatening wounds.
