Marvin A. Saunders II, a 36-year-old Black man, spent his last evening in Baltimore�s Edmondson Village area on April 11, 2016, before gunfire tore through the night along Harlem Avenue. Police were called out around 9 p.m., and when officers reached the scene near Mount Holly Street, they found him outside, struck multiple times. There was no time to slow the bleeding, no second chance�he was pronounced dead there on the street.
