Omar Eliceo Bourdet, a 22-year-old Latino man, tragically lost his life on October 14, 2007, following a violent incident at a quincea�era party in Los Angeles, California. The party, held at a rental hall in the 2800 block of East Olympic Boulevard, was disrupted by a brawl that escalated into a deadly confrontation.
