Jonathan Villamizar, a 19-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on January 20, 2014, near South Normandie Avenue and West 3rd Street in Koreatown, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, Villamizar and his companion, Alexander Alberto-Rossy Veleche, 24, were in a parking lot driveway around 2 p.m. when they encountered two men.
