Angel Armando Cajero, a 23-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 2, 2014, in the Lincoln Heights neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, Cajero was walking west on Manitou Avenue around 4:20 p.m. when an unidentified man approached him and fired multiple shots.
