Pedro Antonio Rodriguez, a 36-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 18, 2014, in the Vermont Square neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, Rodriguez was found bleeding inside the cab of a delivery truck around 7:30 a.m. by officers responding to a call about a strangely parked vehicle.
