Sergio Galvan, an 18-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on May 1, 2014, near Saticoy Street and Densmore Avenue in Van Nuys, Los Angeles. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, Galvan was walking along the street around 9:40 p.m. with two 32-year-old men when a person exited a green SUV, yelled something derogatory, and began firing.
