Juan Carlos Quinones, a 28-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on April 13, 2016, in the Watts neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. According to the Los Angeles County coroner�s records, the incident occurred in the 2100 block of East 105th Street.
