Honatan Gonzalez, a 22-year-old Latino, was tragically shot and killed on July 10, 2016, in the Westlake area of Los Angeles, California. The incident occurred shortly before 2 a.m. on the sidewalk outside a banquet hall located in the 2800 block of Beverly Boulevard.
