Carlos Alfonso Segovia-Lopez, a 19-year-old Marine, was tragically killed on September 16, 2016, in Los Angeles, California. Segovia-Lopez was on weekend leave from Camp Pendleton and had just left his girlfriend�s house when he was shot in the head while sitting in his black Dodge Charger.
